Soreness

I have been taking Cypionate for about 4 months. I have been injecting .5 CC twice a week , usually rotating arm to arm. Well the other day I injected into my quad . And I felt sore the next day. Well after that my leg Hurt as if I had tore a muscle. Bad pain , hard to walk. What does this mean?

Use more injection sites, if you pin in the same muscle to frequently it becomes hypersensitive.

That sounds familiar. I just did my 4th injection...I know...newbie. My first was in my right glute with my wifes help. Sore for two days. I did my left quad next with a slin pin. Still real sore the next day! Switched legs and did again for the third. Same story. SORE the next day. I was injecting slowly and careful not to move the needle. My wife hit my other glute this morning. Feels ok right now, but I expect soreness. I did go back to the 1.5 25g pin this time. My quads could have been sore because I didn't go deep enough...possible?
If its the same problem, you will be fine in a few days.

Answer: It doesn't mean anything that you should worry about if it is not infected. No hot spot, fever etc...
Then You will be fine and it will subside. It could be, just the oil hurts that spot, a tender spot, hit some small nerve, hit a blood vessel ( without showing blood) and the vessel causes some soreness. You could of moved around, a little in and out tearing more tissue. BUT whatever it is just what it is. Don't worry carry on with another and or other locations. .5 cc works good for SubQ injections.

What Austinite said is true, SubQ is great for that. I do mine in glute fat with a 30g 5/16 needle. No pain, just a little lump that eventually goes away. Austinite, nice abs BTW...

Quads sucks for me too, SQ is great but 0.5 ml may be too much for one spot, if so simply inject into two places to avoid lumps and soreness.

I only pin in the glutes. Im senstive elsewhere.
