Question New to all this -- how are these labs?

I'm 29 years old. For years been struggling with low energy and libido. I'm in good shape, exercise, eat pretty well, etc....and only supplements are a bit of fish oil and a multivitamin. How do these labs look? Not sure how to go about lowering estradiol or if that's the right course of action. Also will need to find a better doctor...

    TSH 2.04 uIU/mL .4-4.5
    LH 3.5 mIU/mL 1.7-8.6
    FSH 2.2 mIU/mL 1.5-12.4
Estradiol 48 pg/mL (HIGH range is 7-42 for lab) 7.6-42.6
    T4 5.9 ug/dL 4.5-12.0
    T3 108 ng/dL 71-180
    Triiodothyronine Free Serum 3.0 pg/ml 2.0-4.4
    SHBG 52.9 nmol/L 16.5-55.9
Cortisol AM 19.9 ug/dl (HIGH range is 6-19)
    Test. Free 12.5 pg/mL 9.3-26.5
    Test. Total 673 ng/dL 348-1197
    DHEA 592 ng/dL 31-701

Welcome bill. Edit and add ranges for everything please. All labs are different so guessing isn't really an option. We'll chime in after you fix it up.

    Welcome!

you have some interesting numbers. Your total testosterone being 673 means you are not deficient...sure a number of 800 would probably be better, but you still are at a very good test number so that is not an issue. Your free testosterone however is on the low side which makes sense looking at your high estrogen. I would guess your problem is due to high estroen as well as high shbg which is binding to your total test and rendering most of it useless aka your low free t value.
your cortisol is a little high, although you could have been nervous during the test. Your t4 looks a little low, but i dont know that much about that.
I'm speaking out of my ass here but maybe an aromatase inhibitor would help? I could be wrong though.

Your lh and sh are on the lower side, so get prolactin checked as well as a pituitary mri bc your pituitary may have a problem

Since you are not and don't need TRT at this time you could try to knock down your estradiol a little with things like DIM and zinc that you don't need a script for.

Some D3 might also help lower your SHBG, many take 6,000 to 10,000 per day.

I wasn't really nervous during the blood draw. What to do about high cortisol? That will make muscle hard to build correct?

I did get an appointment with an endo but its a month out =(
