the only way you should adjust your AI dosage is from a combination of blood tests and symptoms.

without a blood number, nobody can give you a truly meaningful answer.

this is what they tested test i actully put it on anther thread to get some input test 808 estradoil 31.7 free t 16.8 progetrone 0.3 and shbg 48.6 any input wuld be great appreiated thanx

Sounds like 31.7 if it's near the middle of the range is okay.

Honestly you will be better off with advice from some others on here. I should really refrain. All I meant by my post was you have a range on all your labs and where you are in that range is what it's all about. I didn't see what your range was for your E2 and I don't know if you had a sensitive assay done.
I'm not the one to advise other than I go by the range. Some of these people know better about how close to the bottom and or the top is really good. Some of these doctors don't know squat as far as the reality of you status in the applicable range.
Get you BW evaluated by some qualified member on here. Good luck ...crazy mike

history would be useful too. a few numbers in isolation really are not enough to offer meaningful help...

thanx crazy mike and hrt here s how goes been on trt for 4 years the first 8 months were great than they found 2 blocked arteries n i got 2 stents i got spooked n did nothing for bout 6 months every thing was great than the t hit rock bottom .went back on androgel it was good for bout 6 months than lost its pop dr doubled me up on 2 packets and i seemed to get ed my sht was rubbery went off every thing went normal than t hit rock bottom again went thru 3 other doc with simalar results than went to an endro he put me on enathante so for 2 year it be good for a couple months ,than ed n no libito would start settn in so i went to hormone dr she said my recptors were clooged with estrogen n put me on clomid the 3 weeks on clomid was good but towards the end started loosing a lil wood , than it was hcg mono that was great for a month than same sht started again so she incorparted enathanate with the hcg and arimedex 100mg enan 25 armdx 2 to 3 x a week (i keep f-in with it on my own )and hcg 250iu s 2xwk since i inncorparated the enanthante no libito or wood at all at least on hcg mono great wood in am average at nite but it seemed like it was lessening sorry for the book i just wrote just wanted to give ya the whole skinny any advice or suggestions would be great im startn to lose my mind with ths sht lol

If you get end while on androgel your estrogen is toooo high. Lol wait, the doctor said estrogen was blocking your receptors and then prescribed you chlomid which makes even more estrogen!
