testosterone levels on twice per week injections

im trying to dial in my testosterone dosage. im have a tough time determining how much i need. i was injecting 140mg once per week.blood test was done two days after my injection. i now know i should do labs the day of my injection. my results:

total test- 1431 ng/dl (348-1197)
free test- 38.7 pg/ml (9.3-26.5)
estradiol- 78.8 pg/ml (7.6-42.6)

ive been told that the estradiol test is not correct. next time i will have the right one done. so if these are my peak numbers (two days after injection), seven days after injection we can assume that my numbers would be:

total test- 715.5
free test- 19.35

if you average the free test levels out you get 29.02 pg/ml. my question is if i inject 70mg twice a week is 29.02 pg/ml a good estimation of what my free testosterone levels would be?

It's hard to tell, but definitely will be more stable going twice a week.

He is halving the peak numbers, using the half life of the product. It's not that simple though

you cannot make that assumption. half lives are based on population averages and have nothing to do with your exact metabolism of testosterone. you could be anywhere on the spectrum of fast to slow metabolizer of testosterone.

nonetheless, I definitely like twice a week injects more than once a week for everyone but very slow metabolizers.
