TRT and Ejaculation
I've been TRT for about 2 years now. I started out with compounded Test then shots of 200mg Cyp every two weeks and now i am back on compound T along with compounded DHEA. Anyway to get to the point, every time i ejaculate there is basically nothing there. I've been dry for about six months. Has anyone ever experienced this? Also is there any chance of producing semen again? or am i shut down fro good. I would like to have at least one more kid. Any recommendations would be appreciated. I am considering getting off TRT completely, just not sure i want to jump on that roller coaster. I do have some hcg as well as hmg. Thoughts?

You should still produce semen. It is produced by the prostate not your testicles.

Are you currently taking hcg ? From what I understand, you should take hcg all the time to keep the ability to have kids.

I'm not a Dr, but I heard if you supplement with Zinc, you can increase your load.

Did you tell your doctor when you started on trt about wanting to have additional children?

The dry heaves is not good. Get on some HCG and if that does not help see a urologist.

You need to have you prostate checked out. Why would you ignore this for six months? What was your psa on last blood work?

haha.
Definitely start hcg . I had the same problem when I started trt, and first doc wouldn't prescribe hcg. It was diminishing slowly over time but got to a point to where it just just a tiny amount like I had already ejaculated 5 times before.
Plus keeping those testicles healthy will help you to have kids in the future. You might have to come off trt temporarily for the kid at some point, but then again just being on hcg might be enough. We are thinking we will have another in a couple years, and my plan is to hope the hcg is enough, but if not take clomid and nolva and come off just until she gets pregnant, of course I would try for 6-12 months before stopping trt.
There's always the risk of infertility with trt, but hcg has been shown to make the difference. A lot of docs will even suggest waiting till you are done having kids before starting just in case. My wife got pregnant with twins, and I immediately started up trt. If we couldn't have more it wouldn't be a big deal, although we would like to have more, the three we have now are a ton of work. Hope this helps, get that hcg going right away.

Before I started TRT, my ejaculate volume was already decreasing (probably age related. I'm 65). Then when I did start TRT, it went to practically nothing. hCG changed that - and the quality of the orgasms improved dramatically! It is mind boggling that so many doctors are not aware of the great good hCG can do or they just ignore it for reasons unknown to me.
I'm certainly no fertility expert but it's my understanding that hMG (human meonpausal gonadotropin) is used by fertility clinics as a FSH analog. (It contains some hCG also) This in addition to supplemental hCG should cover all the bases for LH and FSH - if you want to conceive - in my opinion. There are also pure FSH analogs that are used for treatment as well, but I understand that hMG is less costly.
