How would you define "dialed in"?
I've read many posts of people using the term "dialed in". How exactly would you define what it means? I have an idea - like when T dose and ai's are working well and you feel that you've got it "right" - but it would be so good if we had a working definition to go by. Then we'd all know if we were on the same page. I've very curious to know what you all feel when you are "dialed in". Good examples and illustrations would be very useful. Thanks!

for me it means when your BW is consistent with balanced hormones, also when you are able to make adjustments based on your symptoms and get it right every time. and of course at the same time feeling good all around.

The amount of test. it takes to relieve all your symptoms (are most anyway) with the least amount of side affects (best case no side affects).

I don't think you can do away with BW as it is the only accurate indicator, but I was referring mostly to AI dose adjustment, I pretty much know when my E2 is too high or too low. I don't think testosterone levels will change much unless you start binding somewhere, in my case I don't have to worry about SHBG since its almost non existent due to TRT, and E2 as I mentioned I learned how to read the signs.

I am just beginning the quest for hormonal balance and not yet on any protocol. Experimenting with OTC supplements and research chemicals at the moment. I would guess I have high E2 or at least very sensitive to it's levels. Lately I have noticed that if I am feeling fatigued and beat down that just .25mg of liquidex before bed has me feeling like a new person in the morning. I don't take it on a schedule but just when I "feel" the need, which for me seems to be about twice a week. Only used liquidex when on cycle and until now I attributed then calm sense of well being to the Test. Who knew it could have been stopping the E2 conversion that I might have been craving? Can't wait to get proper BW done and get truly dialed in.

KP,
Interesting protocol. I'm curious; how would you describe your libido on your Test protocol?
I tried 5mg Cialis twice a day but I felt it brought my blood pressure too low. I'm taking 5mg once at night and I feel fine - along with 1000mg L-Citruline twice a day. How do you feel on your Cialis regimen?

Hematocrit is my biggest concern. I have never given blood and would HATE to do so.

my libido is through the roof, but this is because my very sexy wife never says no! very subjective but do feel like going from 50mgx2 per week to 50mgx3 per week really put the little head in to overdrive... the younger guys seem fine on 5mg of cialis per day for all its benifits. 10mg at 6pm has me in fighting shape for whatever my wife has in store for me later!

I can tell when my levels are too low. Usually can tell when e2 is a bit high, but have no clue how to tell if it is low yet because I've never experienced it. I have also had blood work enough to help solidify what I am feeling. Doubtful it's perfect but I'm usually right on with what doc does and blood work etc. Although I did blast and I didn't really feel much better or different until I bumped up the dose a ton. I would think it would be enough that you could sense an issue with your protocol and then get blood work to verify it and then make the needed changes if any.
as for being dialed in, this is a tough one, I assume it means levels are in healthy optimal ranges and you are feeling good. Basically not too much or too little to be happy.
