What levels do YOU find to benefit you the most?

I'm on trt and wondering what levels have you guys found to benefit you the most?
Ie, test (free/total), estrogen, b, or ANY OTHER beneficial element.
Also, what kind of protocol have YOU found to help the most.
Thanks in advance. I look forward to the responses

TT, 75% or higher off of top range
FT, 100% or slightly higher top of the range
    E2, mid range, sensitive assay

I tried all sorts of protocols backed by BW and the best one of all is,

Test, 60mgs twice a week SQ, split each dose into two injections spots.
hCG , 350 iu one day before each test injection
AI as needed. currently doing 0.25 once a week. my e2 gets really low at 0.25 twice a week.
