TRT is one of the treatments for pituitary problems. I don't understand the question, what treatment are you referring to?

Pituitary adenoma usually cause low T by muting LH signal. If the tumor is benign and "micro" not "macro" the treatment is TRT for Lowt realated symptoms. If the pituitary starts growing and is "macro <7x7x7 in measurement and starts affecting vision and/or optic nerve sensory treatment is surgery. Go get an Pituitary MRI if thats what you are asking.

Pituitary issues can cause secondary hypogonadism as well as many other issues. But like the wise man above said, give us a direct question please! BTW, I own a pit tumor. Not that big a deal. I take it with me everywhere I go.
