    Blood results.. good/bad or ok?

    Total T = 22nmol/L (10-35)
    SHBG = 35nmol/L (10-50)
    Free T = 480pmol/L (260-750)
    FSH = 4U/L (1-8)
    LH = 4U/L (2-7)

    Dr says there fine, but I feel like crap?
    I have testicular damage and varicole.

    A lot of times the numbers don't tell the story. It may fall within the range but you still feel lousy. Im the same way. We need the ranges to tell if the results are good or bad.

    Your testosterone serum is right about 633ng/dl, and free test is hovering close to 2.2%. In that respect, there really doesn't appear any need to explore TRT (JMO). However, you may need to look deeper into the thyroid, adrenals, E2, prolactin, D3, B12, DHEA, and a litany of other labs, and of course everything needs to be compared with the values of your lipids, CBC's, & metabolic panels. Testosterone is only 1 variable out of a multitude that can impact well being and optimal health.
