    Estrogen sides....

Hey guys I'm still trying to get dialed in and my estrogens a bit high, and I want to know what are some of the side effects you guys get when your estrogens not in range. For me, it seems I'm not as horny, erections are weaker, more emotional, and I tend to get anxiety and wake up constantly throughout the night. Plus I find a lack of motivation to diet or exercise.

Oddly enough I've been able to judge me estrogen levels by how my pre-workout hits me as silly as it sounds. When estrogen's too low I can take 400mg of caffeine and fall right back asleep. When it's too high it takes a while to hit me and last throughout the whole day. When estrogen's just right the caffeine hits me very quickly but goes away after a few hours or after strenuous exercise.

One thing I noticed when my estrogen was high, my right eye would randomly twitch all day every day. Went on for months and once I got my E2 in control, it hasn't twitched since.

And yes, I tried several things and seen both eye Dr and normal Dr so I have for sure narrowed it down to the high E2 as odd as it may sound lol.

I had the same thing happen two/three weeks into therapy. I think my E was too low. I lowered my dose of arimidex and it went away. Hilarious! My right eyelid did that for about three days.

Mine did it for months while trying to get dialed in. Was the most annoying thing ever lol.

Your experience with the caffeine in respects to high and low estrogen is very similar to mine. For me, fatigue is the most pernicious symptom with incorrect estrogen levels. High estrogen seems to provide a subtle and miserable fatigue, where caffeine is somewhat effective but noticeably desensitized. Low estrogen, conversely, is a very blunt and heavy fatigue, yet I still retain the positive mood. Caffeine does hardly anything to ease the lethargy.

Is it possible that Estradiol of 33 on a scale of 7.6 to 42.6 could cause the same symptoms? Lethargy,etc..
