Estrogen results are back...

I've been on Test Cyp for about 8 weeks now. Unfortunately, I've never felt that "awesome" feeling everyone talks about. I have, however, seen an increase in blood pressure. had trouble sleeping, had hot flashes like a 60 year old lady, and been moody as hell. I started with a T level of 320. As of 2 weeks ago it was up to 1295 doing 250mg per week. The dr has me moving down to 150mg per week. I went today to get my estrogen level because a friend said my level could be out of whack causing me to feel so blah. The estrogen level was 76. i have no idea what that means but after explaining symptoms and the terrible acne thats developed on my butt, arms, legs, etc., the dr prescribed arimidex 1mg per week. Thoughts from the professionals out there??? is 76 high? is that why i'm not "feeling 21" again?
