    interesting to say the least... just one more reason to support vitamin D at "high" levels at best too.

    for what its worth, my vitamin D was in the tank but my IGF was pretty decent way back when...

    vitamin D seems to be one of the few staple supplements that I can continue to justify.

    My endo put me on vit d 800iu ed when I started trt

    Ya Know, Vitamine D Sulfate From The Sun (if it is above 50* on the horizon is the best source of vit. d - second, a safe tanning bed, third, vit d3 cholecalciferol) The Guru Of Vitamin D Is Dr. Mercola... You Gotta Get Those U.V.B. Rays - That Is The Way Mother Nature Built Us... P.S. I Put A Link In, But I Don't Have Enough Posts, So I Couldn't Post It... It Was A Navy Satellite Site, That Tells You The Suns Angle At Your Location...

    Not a fan of tanning beds. Prolonged use and you'll look like an old catcher's mitt.

    I'm not a fan of the sun or tanning beds! Vitamin D3 has me in the upper range all while relaxing in doors with the AC :-P

    My igf went from 131 to 160 (range 52-328) while my vit d went from 25 to 83 (range 30-100)

    I've been taking 10000 iu vit d3 Ed and 50000 iu vit d2 twice a week. Plus got a great tan.
