Intense Crotch Rash - need some advice
I've heard of TRT bringing on acne but has anyone heard of it bringing on a real bad case of crotch rot - for lack of a better term? Had this occasionally in my twenties when my T levels were at their peak. But I'm 65 and this is ridiculous! The itching and burning is awful. Been trying everything anti-fungal over the counter at the pharmacy, even some prescription nystatin cream, but I can't seem to shake this. Going to make an appointment with a dermatologist a.s.a.p. but in the meantime any knowledge you could pass my way would be appreciated.

Sounds like a fungal infection. If you have athletes foot or Ringworm you can easily spread it to your groin area esp with Athlete Foot while putting on your underwear. The over the counter stuff works OK but a prescription ointment is most likely what you need. I train MMA so I've had Ringworm a few times over the years and the only way I could get rid of it was with a prescription cream.

There is still no correlation at all. I started thinking like this when I was on hrt in the beginning. I thought everything that happened to me was from the test. Lol. I do see why the thought is there tho
