Advice please , lowered hrt dose and feeling fatigued
I lowered my hrt dose 3 weeks ago from 250 mg a week to 200 mg. I have been dragging ass and fatigued for 4 days now. How long generally will it take to level out. I have been getting good rest as well

I'm assuming he means 200mg/week split twice a week.
Me personally, when I move my dosage up by anything over 10mg I have to start taking a small amount of an Ai for three weeks until my body normalizes at which point I no longer need an Ai. Maybe by moving down 50mg you're aromatizing to a lesser degree and crashing your E2 with the Ai?

0.25 mg eod is less than 1 mg per week, and according to what he posted he's on 500 mgs test ew, and lowered it to 400mgs, I still think AI may not be enough but he could be one of those who does not convert. also he says its TRT dose, you are correct by calling it cycle. LOL.

Sorry yes I meant 200 mg a week split. Im actually do for bloodwork Could be low estrogen I have crashed it and had it thru the roof so I do know both feelings very well. It's not in my head I been in hrt for 3 years and run a cycle or two a year so I have had this feeling before just not off cutting 50 mg a week. Maybe I will go to .25 adex after each inject day ?

sounds like you don't convert allot. BW is the only way to be sure.

No I dnt convert a lot. I just ordered my bw. Hopefully go in morning. I'm do anyway it's been 6 months. I am very sensitive to ai's. I may have gotten it to low when I dropped my doaseage

yes its very possible. I've learned the longer your are on TRT the less AI you need.

Really? I was not aware of that. I bet this is the problem. I once got mine down to11. Anytime it goes below 20 I feel like shit. I still have sex drive and can get an erection so hopefully I'm just a little low. ideally I feel best around 40

Bass,
I didn't know this. I'm doing 40mg Test Cyp EOD. I take .25mg adex every 4 days. Recently, I've been feeling fatigued for about a day after taking my ai dose. Could it be that my body is adjusting and I may not need an ai that often? Or even not at all? Not sure how to tell from blood work if I'm still taking that ai. Ideas?

Please reply with a quote so we know who you're addressing.
I'm on TRT for about 14 months - began with Androgel . On Test Cyp for about 3 months give or take.

yes very possible. this is exactly where I am at now, no AI. it does creep up slowly so probably once a months to knock back down. you can do blood test just for E2 at anytime. usually if your E2 is low and you stop AI it take a long time to bring it up, but if high and take AI it brings it down pretty fast.
