Not sure if this is related so wanted to get the boards consensus.
I worked out chest Mon and woke up Tuesday I had pain in my right lower tricep, upper forearm area near the elbow. Well it started to flare up on the left arm in the same exact spot.
Now both arms are really sore to the touch with some noticeable redness at the elbow , forearm area. Could this be related to the TRT therapy? Just don't know if this has happened to anyone else. It seems inflammed at the muscle, joint area . Any feedback is appreciated.
Thanks

not related to TRT, sound like you have tendonitis. ice it and don't work it until its healed, take anti inflammatory meds to help with pain. if it gets worse then see the doc.

Thought it may be that but just weird it happened after the therapy because this has never been an issue.
Just weird coincidence.

I agree with Bass. I, experience tendonitis in many tendons in my elbow and forearm all the time. It is the number one injury that comes and goes with me. It can be very painful and disabling at times. Slow down work a little lighter and grip for how it feels. ...crazy mike

Sounds like you've overdone it. I know blokes tell you all the time to leave it all in the gym, but only if you are really ready, else you'll fuk yourself up!

i find higher reps to be even more challenging and really push harder with higher reps than low reps..for me i perform best with high reps and it hlps my powerlifting. just because a weight is manageable doesnt mean injuries wont occur. you can get injured picking up pencil..like anything in life it's really all luck
