TRT Question
I'm just learning more about this as I'm interested in this as a possible treatment for my old man feeling (lately). Just turned 44 and have been experiencing many of the low testosterone symptoms.
Anyway, my question is, once you start TRT, does that mean you'll have to (essentially) always be on TRT? Will your body compensate for the increased testosterone in the body by stopping production for good? I understand many docs prescribe HCG to help keep the testes producing testosterone (I'm sure I'm over-simplifying this) but, what happens when you stop both testosterone AND HCG?
Thanks.
