what kind of pains did you feel when you crashed your estrogen?

I don't think I crashed mine but I've been feeling moderate joint discomfort. Im 38 and I've been working out and kickboxing a lot. My E was last tested at 14 pg/ml 7.8 - 40.6. Four weeks ago I cut my dose from .05 1xw to .25 1xw. I took my Anastrozole dose this morning and my knee feels tore back. Can barely walk but it comes and goes. Thats about six hours after dose.

    Thanks guys.

with an E level of 14, you probably have an estradiol sensitive level of 5-10. Way too low most men shoot for 20-30, you don't even seem to need an ai.
You should stop taking it for a week or two and see how you feel

I mistakenly overdosed - bottles of DHEA & AZ were the same colour. I took 1mg/d - felt pretty poorly, like joint aches and general lethargy. Si I discontinued AZ for 5 weeks and it has rebounded to about 5 times the ideal level. So, still going through the dialling in process. JH.

Slow and steady JH. Maybe just start back with DIM and Zinc if needed.

Kel, my E2 is 494 pmol/l (134 pg/ml). The sweet spot often quoted is 20 - 30 pg/ml. So this is 5 times higher than it should be. I am amazed that the E2 could have rebounded in a month to this extent. This week I have taken 1mg AZ. Maybe the same next week. Then maybe 0.75mg the following week and 0.5 the week after. What do you think? Had no success with chrysin earlier. Have been on 50 mg zinc/day, but have not tried DIM. At x 5 the ideal level, I thought it needed knocking back in a hurry?? I hope to end up on 50 mg T/wk (70 is too much by blood tests) - I need 1000iu/wk hcg - and hopefullu 0.25mg AZ/wk going on earlier experience. But I will need more tests to see where I'm at. JH.
