Flu like symptoms with low estro and sleep problems!?
Hey fellow hrt brothers,
wondering if anyone else experiences flu like symptoms when their estro gets too low and if that's normal
also if anyone else experiences terrible sleep accompanied by low estrogen. Waking up multiple times in the middle of the night and having trouble falling back asleep.

That's exactly what I feel with low E2! I feel like total crap, almost like I'm sick with the flu. I also wake up early and can't fall back asleep. Sometimes as early as 3 am. Low E2 for me is worst than high! I administer an additional 60 mg Subq on top of my normal 145 IM doseage of Test to bump my conversion up a little.

terrible sleep and anxiety are the worst, I can deal with temporary low libido and joint pain but those two are a pain.
Honestly I don't know I took one dose of .25arimidex and my estro was already in range so I definitely crashed it. How long does it usually take to come back on a trt dose?

I have crashed mine several times. Just quit taking your ai for a couple weeks. You need to get bw done. Anytime I get below 20 I feel like crap.

if E2 is high it took less than a week to feel right taking AI's, but about 2-4 weeks to feel right after stopping AI's due to crashed E2.
