E2 is low which can cause ED issues. If taking an AI such as Arimidex , ease up on the dose. Ideal range is 20-30 pg/mL with most feeling best around 30.

Also looks like it's time to donate blood as your hematocrit levels are getting high.

Erection problems are from low E2 if anything. This will also cause sore joints, sleep problems and a host of other issues. You are pretty low at 14. I dipped down to 17 and my joints were killing me, could not sleep and had no sex drive.

Never had Hematocrit tested before TRT but i know for a fact my total cholesterol was in the 190's before TRT. HDL and Tri's were always in range.

I guess the next question how to keep estradiol in the normal range.... Tribulus...or HCG and an AI 3 times out of the year.?????

im actually going to be eating 6 jumbo whole eggs per day as part of a cholesterol LOWERING diet. ill replace worse foods with the eggs, and the only bad thing for cholesterol that eggs have is dietary cholesterol which doesnt effect cholesterol much anyway. studies show eggs increase the size of ldl which makes it harder for ldl to wreak havoc on your heart.

Eating eggs is not linked to high cholesterol in adolescents, study suggests

I would definitely donate blood if I were you in order to get your hematocrit in range. I know that I and many on this site feel like shit when our hematocrit gets elevated. Staying properly hydrated also helps to keep hematocrit in check.

Little late to the game but your mcv is slightly high and your iron is low. You might get your b12 and folate levels checked. Might wanna check your iron levels again too. Do you eat red meat much?

Fwiw...just thought I'd bring it up as I have been studying this quite a bit recently.

I am pretty sure that your hematocrit number is not the problem as the last time mine was checked it came back almost a 57 and I had no problems at all in that area.....

I don't think so either but high hematocrit levels can lead to a host of other issues including heart attack, so I would donate ASAP if I were him.

I assume you took care of yours, right? I would freak out if mine came back at 57% lol.

I felt like I was gonna die with HCT at 57..Not sure if my heat sensitivity was from that or the high E2 levels..I donated 3x and HCT is still a bit high (for me) at around 49.

Not sure if it adds to ED but it sure doesn't help to be feeling like crap.

Splitting your dose & injecting every 3.5 days should help your levels stay much more stable. It has worked very well for me so far.
