Blood test results, 10 weeks into cycle

testosterone 68nmol/L (8.3-29) ( test was taken thursday evening of week 10 and i jabbed on the monday morning) - this seem a little low for 10th week 500mg p/w cycle? i am using pharma bayer test too :/

SHGB - 11nmol/L (11-71) ( is this low or high ?)
DHEAS - 12umol/L (3.0-10) (what is this, and is this sweet?)

OEST2 - 127 pmol/L (<150) (seems like E2 is within the ranges, bloods taken thursday evening and last 0.25mg adex taken wednesday morning)

TSH - 2.7 mIU/L (0.5-4.5) (seems within range again)

My liver function test came back fairly alarming..

AST - 73 U/L (<40)
ALT - 125 U/L (<40) - (wtf?? im only using testosterone and arimidex :/)

Someone please able to help me understand 3 things, why my test isnt as high as when i was in wk4 of my failed cycle last year using UGL stuff, why knees are painful when taking arimidex even tho E2 levels are within range and why i have such elevated liver enzymes.. would be much appreciated

That looks like free test by that range. Youre over 2x the highest range number. What's wrong with that? 500mg really isn't a lot. That's about what I would expect.

E2 looks ok considering youre on 500mg/wk of test.

Your liver values are high but not alarming imo. If they.don't come.back down within a few months after pct I would worry. If youre drinking any alcohol on cycle You might consider not doing that.

^^^ this, also jabbing a day before it won't reach its peak, if you would have jabbed two days earlier then you'd see higher numbers, but not by much.

Why would it be that last year in wk4 of my cycle which was also 500mg test E, my test came back at 102nmol/L while running UGL stuff, and this time running prescription pharma stuff its way less? Thats wats confusing me most from these results
