I really think we're missing a standard in starting our TRT protocols
JOURNALS...I mean
MANLY TESTOSTERONE JOURNALS OF MANLINESS
I think it should be noted that when a man starts trt he should keep a quick daily log of
energy levels
libido levels
mood
sleep quality
morning wood?
Most of us have incompetent doctors so we end up coming here for advice. I really think this can help a ton. Especially for guys who have a hard time getting dialed in who have to use ai's to figure out their specific dosage.
Personally for me I have terrible memory ( I blame not being dialed in for this) that when making monthly adjustments trying to get dialed in I sometimes forget exactky how I felt in the previous months as I felt like crap last month, and feel like crap this month and still present similar symtpoms. It makes it really hard to know if my adjustments are moving in the right direction.
Also for those of us who can't get monthly blood woork, or for those of us that can, logging how we feel can really help us hit that sweet spot as we are all different.
