Hair Loss Products while on TRT

I asked a couple of months ago about this and thank you to the members I have been asking also in private. Obviously my vanity is taking a hit here and the hair thinning is really bothering me.

Hoping I can get some more info as what I research is not a 100% clear to me.

I had blood work done last week. DHT was tested as well as full blood panel. I am probably making this thread early but I will posts results as soon as I get them. I am assuming this is DHT related. No one balding in my family and I guess I have had significant hair loss in the past 6 months. I have kept it pretty short so it was hard to tell. However as I have been growing it in you can see its thinning. I did run mast for 4 weeks (july) and stopped because of the acne and then switched to var for four weeks. I cant imagine with how thin it is its solely the var or mast. I am sure it didnt help but I think its def the test. I am about 18 months into trt and at 100mg every week.

I had e2 checked also but never have had estro problems but I know that doesnt mean anything. Run an ai once a week but wondering if its weak or water downed.

So the million dollar question is. Is the thinning whether its DHT or E premanent? I am reading horror stories about propecia but my cousin takes and has no sides. He tells me its more of a preventitive for hair loss rather then regrowth. What else can I take?

Anyone running anything with trt becuase of hair loss?

I've read on other sites people using a shampoo that you have to get a script for but I think you can get it from an online pharmacy

Nizoral shampoo is great. most compounding pharmacies can custom compound this. Stops hair loss at the root. Minus all the endocrine disruptors that finestride and Dirustride have.

If you can find it 15% minoxidil and 5% azeliac acid combo works great.

I would recommend the 2% strength. They have a 1% and 2%. I use the 2% personally. You can get it through prescription also. I hear that the nizoral shampoo is getting hard to find here in the U.S. over the counter.

My DHT is high in comparison to reference range. Got 2% niz shampoo and wondering if lowering test dose a bit.

83 is current level 5 days from last injection

    16-79 is ref range
