Letro for AI on HRT?

I am on HRT 42yo 185lbs 15%bf 5'9" I am on taking 125mg test per week. I ran out of the AI for Dr. and was thinking of using Letro from AR-R at a small dose. Would this be ok and at what dose and how often?

I would not recommend letrozole . It's too powerful and could easily deplete your e2 to numbers that are too low to count. What AI were you using, what dose and how often? Although everyone is different, plenty of folks manage to go without an AI for doses like yours. That ultimately should be your goal; to rid yourself from the AI.

I took anesterzol I think it was 10 mg the day after I took injection. I have been using progesterone cream eo night. Rubbing on underside or arms. But my nipples are getting sore. What would you recomended?

Did you miss a decimal point before the "10mg" anastrozole?? That's got to be a typo brother.

Probably it has been a few months but I know it was a low number. It may have been 1
