No, its more of a poor mans HgH, without as good of results. Its a lot of money and is atleast a 6 month commitment. Better have your diet and training dialed in or you are wasting money. I would and have passed, not worth it IMO but just another way to get you to spend money.

Sermorelin is great. I recommend it over HGH even. It is similar to HCG in that HCG is a natural T booster. Sermorelin is a natural HGH booster by way of the hypothalamus producing more GHRH (Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone). So it helps the body produce more HGH. Generally with scheduled IGF-1 testing titrating doses between 100mcg-300mcg you can find what dose benefits you the most. Generally you will see anywhere from a 30%-80% increase in your IGF-1. Professionally I choose my patients very carefully when prescribing HGH. Some down sides to HGH is when therapy is stopped (similar to the negative feedback loop of testosterone and pituitary axis) It can take sometimes up to a year and a half for your HP axis to turn back on and for you to produce your own natural HGH. Not good. Very bad to cycle HGH. Due to this action. Also, HGH marker in the body is IGF-1. Insulin growth factor 1. Its a growth factor for many different tissues including cancer. Just have to choose your patients carefully. With Sermorelin you can also add GHRP-2 and GHRP-6. Basically 2 other peptides to help even more HGH releasing. GHRP-6 can produce more Ghrelin which can make you hungry as hell all the time. GHRP-6 is more for wasting syndrome helping you gain weight in patients that have HIV or other autoimmune disorders causing rapid weightloss. Sermorelin with a proper TRT regime, dialed in supplementation and a paleolithic diet the the holy grail in Anti-Aging Medicine.

My doc said to take it just prior to bed. The big disadv., however, is that I take a blend, sermorelin with GHRP6 and GHRP2. The hunger pains are crazy.

I've been on this exact stack for seven months and he is exactly correct. I see doctor Larry Lipschultz in Houston, TX. I'm 41 years old and have lost 60+ pounds of lard and gained 25+ lbs of sweet lean muscle. Besides the truth this man speaks here diet, rest, workout and dedication is the only way; 25% of the equation is gear. There are no safe short cuts. I apologize for the rant but these physicians are doing it right! Thanks Mike!

For some reason the GHRP does not give me the red welts as somatropin. I must be allergic or something. Who knows.

I had the serm/ghrp 6 blend from a clinic in FLA, but just got them seperately a lot cheaper, and the clinic rep was always awol when I had a question. I am just not sure of the dosage I was pulling to 30 on a 1cc insulin needle a night with the blend. I apreciate any advice.

Just figured I would bump this thread.....
Those of you that have been taking or took Sermorelin what where the results? Good way to lose stubborn fat? Help with sleep at all? My clinic mentioned this stuff to me the other day so it peaked my curiosity.

Wildcard,
I plan to visit Dr. Larry at the end of September, couldn't believe the wait list for an apt with him, 4-6 weeks. I am 50, plan to discuss TRT and Sermorelin.
I take it you had success, anything else to share or I should ask the DR>?

LT33,
I am also in Houston and was recently referred to Larry Lipschultz, have an apt set up for late September due to his long popular wait list. Any other feedback on him, I plan to discuss TRT but would also like to explore Sermorelin.
Any feedback or suggestion is appreciated.

I don't know why I always read these forums but never really post anything. I guess I feel that everyone here is so knowledgeable that my $.2 is not really worth anything. That being said, here are my $.2. :-) I have been on Serm/GHRP-2 for a few months now. Just bought more as I feel it is helping. Nothing crazy dramatic. The best thing so far has been the sleep. I sleep much better than I used to. Sleep was better within the first week of starting. Fat loss is definitely there too. I eat fairly low carb and have been intermittent fasting for months as well. I am sure most of the fat loss is due to the diet, but I have no loss in energy or strength. In fact everything has continued to get stronger. Recovery seems to be great as well. I have a nagging shoulder injury from years of tennis. Always present, just learned to deal with it. My shoulder feels great now. Don't know if it is because of this or not, but I just started playing tennis again a month ago because I physically can. Protocol is 100mcg of each before bed and again mid-morning as I am still fasted. No blood work to support IGF-1 levels, but I feel good on it. That's what really matters to me. Hope this helps someone, as I have read tons of great information and experiences on this forum that have helped me.
