the only things stands out is your estrogen. are you on TRT, cycled before? the fastest way to bring down your E2 is with adex, then maybe you can maintain with zinc and copper. not sure why prolactin is bolded its in range but that will go down once your e2 is in check, everything else looks fine.

Are supplementing DHEA? I would suspect your elevated DHEA level is converting downstream. Consider switching to Keto7 for awhile if you're taking DHEA, as your will still get many of the benefits (adrenal, cognitive, energy ...) from the Keto7 metabolite, without the androgen conversion sides.
Although your T4 is fine you should look into FT3, RT3 and TPO antibodies. Many physicians might see anything >3.0uIU as a possible marker for hypothyroidism, which would warrant running more extensive thyroid labs. Kelp can do some amazing things in that department (experience speaking), check into it's benefits. Your prolactin is in that "semi" elevated zone where it can start becoming an issue with ED or issues. A dopamine agonist can help manage this, BUT, I highly advise that you work closely with a physician and make sure no pituitary conditions exist. Hope this helps.

I think we have established that your e2 is abnormal. I would follow Vette's advice seeing a physician so you can be treated properly.

I have to agree with this^^^. The AACE has been trying to get the TSH reference range changed to .5-3.5 for years now but not all labs have adopted the change. Hypothyroidism or even sub-clinical hypothyroidism is a real possibility and getting further testing might not be a bad idea.

your prolactin is high. just being in range is not all there is to it. most men dont have prolactin that high. id try to get a pituitary scan. Your e2 is high, and i think a prolactinoma may be contributing.
your thyroid values seem to cancel eachother out..tsh says hypo, t4 says hyper. i think your problem is pituitary. do you purposely sit at 165 pounds or is it bc you aren't able to gain muscle?

Retest E2 if you feel that is abnormal which is is being that your not or TRT or on cycle. Could have been a fluke test.

I took clomid about a month ago, I haven't been on it for the last 2-3 weeks, could that be the reason why my e2 is so high? Maybe it's not accurate.

I'm pretty sure my e2 is still high regardless of it being inaccurate. With my test levels and free test levels being good I'm having serious ed issues. Debating if I should jump on arimdex or aromasin ... I know adex will work but I hate the rebound it gives me when I stop. I also need to bring my prolactin level down as well. What a mess ... It's all happening at the worst time.
Armidex .5 mg eod
Or armoasin 12.5 ed
