oddball hcg question
i'm working hard to come up a steep learning curve and came across something called the hcg diet. reputed to shed fat rapidly, the product appears to be oral droplets containing hcg (e.g, HCG Diet - The Most In Depth Diet Protocol Found On The Internet). based on what i've learned here, hcg is best taken subq. a couple of questions:
do i have it right... hcq is best taken subq?
is there any merit at all to the oral droplet method (i suspect not)?

The weight loss from the diet comes from the amount of calories consumed, usually 500. It's a hoax diet that will rubberband the weight lost right back.

supposedly, using the hcg helps curb appetite, which makes eating500 calories possible.
I do think hcg could be used as part of a muscle building ,fat loss program since it raises testosterone , but yes, 500 calories will cause weight loss without the hcg...although doesnt 500 cause starvation which leads to weight gain
