why was he taking clomid? pct? hrt?

why did he stop after 2wks?

his E2 levels might be higher while on the clomid and will be lower when off clomid. i would say 4wks may be suffficient, but depends on the answers to the above questions.

2 weeks for a test boost, started having too many sides so discontinued after 2 weeks of use. (Depression, loss of appetite etc)

things should probably return to baseline about 4-6wks after stopping. i am thinking you probably don't even need to bother checking E2 unless you suspect you have a pre-existing problem even before this clomid run. there's no reason for you to develop a new problem just from 2wks of clomid.
