    Dhea sulfate 531.9 138-475.2 ug/dl
    Thyroxine (t4) free, direct, S
    t4, free (direct) 1.61 0.82-1.77 ng/dl
    DHEA SULFATE 531.9 138.5-465 ug/dl
    TSH 3.210 0.450-4.5 uIU-mL
    LH 6.9 1.7-8.6 mIU?mL

    ESTRADIOL, SENSITIVE 153 3-70 pg/ml
    SHBG 28.9 16.5-55.9 nmol/L

Should i run prami to bring prolactin down or can i do it by taking something natural? Ive been having major libido issues, thinking its because of elevated e2, and prolatin....

appreciate any advice.. thank you in advance.

Bring your E down and your prolactin will follow. E is way out of range. Start with natural products first if possible such as DIM, Zinc.

Can DIM + Zinc really bring down E2?

They're not the same as AI's but yes, they can help. It will take time but if you can avoid AI's you should do so. Nice DHEA level BTW. Are you supplementing?
Keep an eye on your TSH as it's a bit high. Yes, it's in "that" range but it's really an old range. A more modern scale is .3 - 3.0. Next labwork get a full thyroid panel.
