HCG frequency

My doc gave me the option to break up my one test injection per week to two times per week if I desire. After reading many opinions here from others, I think I'd like to try out the twice a week. I'm also prescribed hCG 250iu twice a week and currently to be injected on the 4th and 5th day prior to the weekly test injection.

If I move to a twice a week test injection, what should the schedule be for my hcg?

Dr. John Crisler prescribes one shot on each of two days prior to your Test shot. But You can do whatever you like IMO.

Lots of guys here also do Test at low doses at varying frequencies. I do 30mg EOD and I do hCG , 250iu EOD - on the days I don't pin Test. It has been working for me. You just have to find your own rhythm.
