The first blood requisition is uploaded to your account 36 days after your initial prescription is written. It is recommended that you get it done sometime between weeks 5-7 after starting treatment. Yes, it's called the 6wk blood test, we had to call it something, but anytime between weeks 5-7 is fine.

The next scheduled blood test is the 6 month blood test. It is uploaded to your account 1-2wks before the 6 month mark of treatment. And then you have a blood test once every 6 months after that.

If more blood test are desired, you can purchase one for a small fee.

An additional blood test can be purchased for $99. This includes Free & Total testosterone , estradiol and a CBC panel. It may also include a CMP panel but I'm not 100% sure of that as I'm not at the office with the fee schedule right in front of me. If it's not included, it can be added for a few bucks.

Items can also be purchased individually and include:

    IGF-1
    DHEA Sulfate
    Thyroid with PSH
    Vitamin B12
    Vitamin D 25 Hydroxy
    Lipids
    PSA
