    Bloodwork- please check out

    Hello guys!

    My case is here:
    http://forums.steroid.com/hormone-re...early-20s.html
    http://forums.steroid.com/hormone-re...-boosters.html

In a few words: I'm 21 now, have zero libido, weak erections, tiredness, mental fog, my mood is a rollercoaster and so on.

Here is my latest bw. Unfortunately the private lab doesn't have all the stuff which was in the sticky. If something is necessary I can go to another place.

    Ft4: 18,76 range: 12-22
    FT3: 6,15 range: 3,1-6,8
    Dvit: 159 range: 75-250
    FSH: 2,9 range: 1,5-12,4
    LH: 4,2 range: 1,7-8,6
    Prolactin: 177,4 range: 86-324
    e2: 72,8 range: 28-156
    Total test 18,35 range: 11,4-27,9
    Free test: 2,18 range: 1,6-2,9
    SHBG: 31,7 range: 13.0-71

    What you guys think?

    Thank you!

FSH and LH are still very low. SHBG is below 50%ile of range. T3 and T4 are ok.

Are you still on the HCG /Clomid therapy?

Overall it looks better than past BW.
Did you ever get RT3 as suggested?
Take D3 if your not already. It will help lower shbg and improve free T. Arguably 5K per day to start and test in future.
Are you working on improving your life style? Nutrition / exercise?
You mentioned cialis. Is this low dose daily use or occasional full dose pills?

    Thank you Sir!
I take d3 daily. In the past I took them after waking up and before bed 2k unit each. I saw then your post about taking it after meal, so maybe it will improve soon.

Lifeastyle: I had a shoulder surgery which slowed me down a bit training wise, but I still excercised in the past 6 month. I did convict conditioning(yeah it is not the best but I had to place myself back to track somehow) and now I'm working with a kettlebell and FMS specialist because I have instability in my shoulder. My diet is good-not a BB stlye diet- with lots of protein, healthy fat and brown rice, oat and a bunch of veggies.

RT3: I will ask a lab whether they have it or not.

Cia: I ordered it a year and a half ago from ARR but it lasted for 3 month or so. Now I don't have GF but if I find myself with a lady I take generic sildenafil-citrate. In the past they provided me moderate results but now I cannot shot it for hours with the sildenafil haha.

What do you suggest what to do beside D vit? Should I take CIA?
Any further info? What about my LH/FSH?

PS: I have some other values from the lab. Its like lipid profile, liver function, kidney function etc but as soon as I never had any problems with it because they always were in the range I didn't write them down here. Also I don't have any problems with blood sugar, blood pressure or something like that.

Java Man: what you think what can I do with my low fsh/lh?

Sir it is Europe and not the western part of it. I will call another lab tomorrow and check if they have the missing values.

    Can you recommend me something?

    Thanks!

Haha maybe I can get anything here, bloodwork too, but I have to travel like 120 mile. Tomorrow I will in order to get the missing piece of the puzzle.

    RT3, TSH, cortisol. Any other?

    Cheers!

Need to wait then. Like steroid1 said on your previous thread, fix the hypothyroidism and fix your hypogonadism. Try and be patient. If you can get cialis go with 5mg twice per day. I/we all know patience is not easy all the time.

Okay, with some delay I got my results.

I did only the 2 missing value:

    RT3: 0,29 range: 0,09-0,35

    TSH: 7,18 range:0,27-4,2 !!!!

TSH seems very very high for me.I dont know what it means along with the normal t3 and T4.

Can you guys give me some advice, please? Maybe this cause all of my problems? What can I do against it?

    I really appreciate any thoughts!

    Thank you!

RT3: 0,29 range: 0,09-0,35 Elevated RT3 can mess up T3. It blocks it cellularly.

    TSH: 7,18 range:0,27-4,2 !!!!If that's 7.18 it's wicked high.

TSH seems very very high for me.I dont know what it means along with the normal t3 and T4. In my non-medical opinion it means sub-clinical hypothyroidism.

Can you guys give me some advice, please? Maybe this cause all of my problems? What can I do against it? You need competent medical assistance for a proper diagnosis and treatment. If it's not that my only other thought is a tsh secreting adenoma. I don't recall if you've had an MRI or not and I'm not trying to scare you but that's a high level.

    I really appreciate any thoughts!

    Thank you!
What other symptoms do you have. Refresh our memories. Just a summary please.

    My symptoms:
-low sex drive (& '1shot'/day and basically done for that day despite I could shot several times a day some years ago)
    -weak erections
    -tiredness
    -concentrational problems sometimes
    -bad sleep quality
    -mental fog
    -no apetite

Just a few which came to my mind in seconds.

    Hello!

I finally found a doc who I think know what he is doing.
He spotted my high TSH and said according to my bloodworks that I probably have some sort of Hypothyroidism-like you guys said. He sent me to make an ultrasound examination which is done. The ultrasoud saw nothing (like inflammation or enlargement etc). Now I'm waiting for the results of the bloodwork, but he told me if the tsh is still very high he is about to put me on T3. I wish to go there with information and not jump into anything without the knowledge. What you guys think about the t3 replacement? He said that it is likely for life which scare me a little.

Furthermore we talked about my low testosterone , and he said he can give me prescription to testosterone if my value is still low but he does not reccommend it though and talked about infertility as one of the primary con's. I came up with the idea of HCG and Clomid but his reply was that it is more difficult than it seems.

So my question is what is the pro's and con's of taking T3? I don't want to go there like a dumb. Do you guys have recommandations? Where can I find studies, threads etc in regard with this topic?

I will decide whether I will do TRT or not, but first I will start the t3 if neccessary and then reevaluate my case.

    Cheers

If your thyroid needs help then do what you have to do. I strongly recommend only one fix at a time though then reevaluate in time. Take a look at stopthethyroidmadness.com and read up. Great site to learn about thyroid and will help prepare you for future decisions.

Your total test level confuses me. What is it exactly?

T replacement is not "more difficult than it seems" as your doc stated. Properly diagnosing the cause can be though.

Okay, I went back to the doctor. He told me my hypothyroidism is confirmed and prescribed me l-thyroxine(t4). After I read the page what Kelkel linked here I realized that he gave me the wrong treatment. So I will go to a prof. on monday.
