Doc says two injections weekly subq/ but only one a week if IM?
Does anyone know why he would say that? I'm sensitive to the oils and get bad reactions subq so I'm pinning 2xweekly IM. I haven't had any issues this way and Im curious if there's some kind of reasoning behind his opinion.
Thanks

I did it a couple years no with no problems.
That is weird because IM will absorb much faster...

not true at all. 2x per injections with both Subq and IM. You get a much better even distribution of T and double peaks throughout the week best replicating your natural diurnal rhythm and keeping you high optimal throught the week vs falling back to baseline by day 8 or 9. They probably said this becuase there is more articles and practice with subq 2x a week than Im 2x per week. Personally and professionally I preach the 2x per week either IM or subq is far superior way to admin than 1 time per week. Both are fine!!! but what it comes down to is when deciding just do whats easier compliance wise for your lifestyle.

tell your doctor that they have been using subq testosterone in pediatric endocrinology for over 15 years. Absorption is great. Ask him to show you where it says that absorption is bad. he wont be able to show anything because its just not true. Gotta love docs that are afraid of learning and make these things up.
