    androgel cost vs. test cyp cost

    Sooooo my doc switched me to shots. My numbers were pretty on a regiment of androgel , hcg , exestamane. I didn't like using 4 pumps tho because it was expensive. I got a new Dr. Who is pretty damn good and put on 50mg 2 times a week and hcg.

    Soooo I went to the drugstore and the clerk rung me up. I thought he was kidding but the test cup cost me 7 dollars! Androgel costs me 80 dollars a bottle! Soo bizarre the prices of this stuff. I also read that axe iron without insurance is close to 500 a bottle but they usually give discounts

    Yep it's a joke, how about this, Insurance covered my androgel 4 bottles a month but they wont pay for Test cyp lol, so I saved them 13k a year and now they make me pay for my 240$ a year shots.

    Testosterone Cypionate is a generic medicine. Androgel and Axiron are still under patent protection, so there is no competition and prices are whatever the manufacturer wants to set. When the gels get off patent protection, prices should come down a lot, but that won't be for some time. No question, if you don't have good pharmacy insurance, you want to be injecting.

    I Just got 10ml 200mg/ml Watson test cyp for 15$. This was my first purchase, my doc said it should be covered and no problem. If they dispute they will call him and he will contact me. Keeping my fingers crossed. Also got 30 21g 1ml needles for 2.89$. I have Cigna open access
