    New Blood Work

Just got my BW in at 8 weeks.
    My protocol is:
    60mg T x2 3.5 days
    100mg Zinc, 4mg copper, 200mg DIM
    .500iu HCG x1 week

    So the changes are:

Total Test- 729 from 632 at last BW
Free Test- N/A from 20.2 at last BW ( don't know why they didn't put free test on this BW?)
PSA - .7 from .9 at last BW
Vit D- 32.5 from 23.9 from last BW
    E2 sensitive- 19 from a 33 non-sensitive test last BW
DHEA- 145 from N/A last BW ( did not have)
SHBG- 42 from N/A last BW ( dis not have)
Hematocrit- 48.3 from 45 last BW

So any feedback, thoughts, suggestions to help me dial in is appreciated. I was excited about getting my results to share here.

My lipids got hit pretty good, so any feedback on these numbers are appreciated as well.
Total Chol- 144 from 133 last BW
Triglycerides- 111 from 70 last BW
HDL- 47 from 53 last BW
VLDL- 22 from 14 last BW
LDL- 75 from 67 last BW

Don't know, but don't understand why my lipids went crazy? Got worse it seems...Any ideas?
I will attach my BW below. Thanks in advance for checking my BW out!

Total Test- 729 from 632 at last BW Good
Free Test- N/A from 20.2 at last BW ( don't know why they didn't put free test on this BW?)
PSA - .7 from .9 at last BW
Vit D- 32.5 from 23.9 from last BW Add more D3
E2 sensitive- 19 from a 33 non-sensitive test last BW A bit higher arguably better for you.
DHEA- 145 from N/A last BW ( did not have)Low. Add a slow release micronized product. It will help elevate your E a bit. Add Pregnenolone as well.
SHBG- 42 from N/A last BW ( dis not have) As your D rises this will decline.
Hematocrit- 48.3 from 45 last BW Test will elevate this.

Chol looks ok to me. If concerned look into Slo Niacin, Red yeast Rice and NAC. Even DHEA will help your chol.

Don't know, but don't understand why my lipids went crazy? Got worse it seems...Any ideas? Test effects them

Overall looks good. Glad to see the correct E2 test.

Thanks for the feedback! I hope to be a more in tuned poster and contribute to this community.
It's tough breaking in lol I can say that. So, I do appreciate the reply to this thread...

Is 730 a good number? I know they say to shoot for 600 and over.
You think lowering my zinc/DIM dose will help get E2 up a bit. I'm right in that threshold of the 20-30 LEF says E should be at optimally.
I will up the D3 for sure, I'm only taking a minimal amount now.
I've been hesitant to supp DHEA and pregnolone. I've read about it, but not sure on the Preg. The DHEA I've thought about doing on its own...
I've read that Chol is effected by T, but damn those tri's are killing me lol. Hoping its cause I are chocolate the day before my BW lol

Kel- I have read the articles and abstracts and researched these supps. I am def on the NAC and want to do the niacin. Question is, do you supp the niacin been with a bcomplex regiment?

And do you prefer the slow acting or the instant crystalline?

    Thanks for your time.

I do B12 but it has nothing to do with the niacin. You want "Slo-Niacin" for this regimen. Google exactly that and you'll find it. That's the brand name. I get mine off of Amazon but stores have it as well.
