skin on TRT
So I went to shave today and half way through I thought to myself WTF. My skin usually bleeds a lot on my neck, it hurts, burns etc. Today my skin felt very strong, didn't hurt at all. Didn't bleed and it was a breeze. I'm about 2 weeks in on my trt so it could have just been a good razor or something but I've never had a shave like this before. Could it be the T ?

Weird you mention this. I hardly ever shave because I get horrible razor burn and breakout on the neck. Since TRT, I have shaven several times and never had a rash or breakout yet. I thought maybe it was the benzoyl peroxide facewash I was using but maybe it is possible that my skin has changed a little from TRT.

Testosterone does make skin thicker - men have thicker skin than women (metaphorically speaking ) as a result.

Sorry, I was trying to type (NOT metaphorically speaking ). I wish I could edit my bad typing - I am always leaving out words.

So just an update, I'm 100% posative the test has something to do it with. As a reference I literlly haven't shaved with a razor in over 2 years. If I did my face would get so bad it looked like I had chicken pox on my neck, it hurt, burned, very very bad. Now I'm shaving EOD no problem. Sure I have slight razor burn, a few ingrown hairs and alil blotchy but it's a total transformation. A very nice added Perck. Next up test out the chest and arms

I pretty much shave my entire body. Since TRT, I am now prone to in-grown hairs and it drives me nuts. Maybe because of thicker skin? Skin issues are definitely my only bad side effect of TRT.
