Uro or Endo
41 y/o, 180lbs, 15-17%bf...TRT for about 1 year at 50 mg cyp twice weekly with .25mg liquidex 24 hours after cyp = total Test of about 800. baseline total test before TRT was 310.
Guys, TRT has been good to me so far. I've lost about 40 lbs since Jan 1st 2013. Working out on the reg, seeing and feeling the benefits.
I see an Internal medicine Doctor that doesn't prescribe AI or HCG . Only tests basic labs like cbc, cmp and total test.
My question...I want to find a doc that will do the appropriate lab tests and potentially prescribe me what I need. If i were to look for another physician, should I look for a Urologist or an Endocrinologist?
Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't focus on either. Most of your better TRT physicians won't be a urologist or endocrinologist. That doesn't mean there aren't some good ones, but during your search you simply need to look for doctors that practice this type of medicine and not worry about what type of physician they are specifically. In the TRT world, titles mean very little as most solid physicians become good at this type of medicine due to their own continuing education after medical school.
