Erectile Dysfunction (Advice on Labs)
Sorry about the personal nature of this thread but I need your help. I have been having problems with a somewhat reduced libido and getting full erections. My erections are always a little soft and fade fast when not stimulated. When I'm with a partner I have problems becoming anything more than semi-erect. While performance anxiety is an issue I'll have to deal with in the future right now I want to fix not being able to have full strong erections even by myself.
What might be causing my ED? What labs should I do? Would I be better with a test in the 700's? Would Pregnenolone and DHEA help me?
History:
I'm 29 years old 21% body fat. I started having ED for the first time a year ago. Went on trt (test was 300). Had strong erections for about three weeks. Then they started to flat line (deflated balloon style). Liquidex brought them back but they are still not full strength.
Last Labs:
Test, Serum...................1010 (346-1197)
Estradiol, Nonsensative.....50.1 (7.6-42.6) <--before Liquidex
Prolactin........................11.8 (4.0-15.2)
Medications:
I'm currently on Test Cyp 50mg 2x week, hCG 250IU 2x week, 35mg Liquidex 2x week. DIM, Copper, Zinc daily.

honestly we wont know until you try, but I'd say lowering your dosage to 80mgs a week would forgo the need of an ai altogether. You really need a sensitive estrogen panel.
At 50(7-42.6) I wouldn't be surprised if you were around 20-30 on a sensitive panel which is a great range. It's better to lower your dosage IMO instead of playing games with arimidex .
DHEA and PREG will raise your estrogen quite a bit, and I don't see them helping your ED.
Should really get some cia from the site sponsor. Should help things quite a bit.
Could go 80mgs per week for 4 weeks without the ai and re-test bloods, but getting a sensitive panel done.Last edited by jomamma007; 11-15-2013 at 04:22 PM.

Estradiol is probably too low now. I had the same symptoms you're describing when I crashed mine. You should cut way back or even stop the liquidex for a couple of weeks and see what happens. I don't have any experience with liquidex but just .5 mg of arimidex crashed mine.

I think the vast majority of us have experienced this, you are not the Lone Ranger. E2 too low could be the culprit but it could be literally dozens of other things, including some mental, been there putting too much pressure on yourself. Need to get to the root, sorry only bloods is the best I could say but in the interim, Cialis for daily use will work majic. Age 29 a little young for these issues but Cialis good immediately get you working while you figure it out. I have used an oversea pharm but I believe the sponsor has liquid goods as well.

Yes I have. I had a few samples from my doc. Erections seem to happen faster but it doesn't increase total hardness or how long they stay erect without stimulation.
I'm beginning to think this is more of a libido problem. I don't get that "I'm about to get some" heart pounding, cotton mouth, feeling I used to. When I look at an attractive woman's body I'm don't crave/desire her in the same way as in the past. It more of a "huh well shes attractive".

When mine was too low nothing worked not even cialis. It was like I was numb from the waist down.

I'm going through the same thing right now. 4 weeks into TRT, same protocol as you, Aux, minus any AI. Week 2 was almost like I was starting to get back to business. I was getting erections, libido seems like it was getting higher, then BLAM! Nothing. No morning erections, no spontaneous erections, and hot women were just that, "hot women," and although my wife looked very attractive to me, I just didn't have the desire to start something that I know I can't finish. I experience the "balloon effect" as you call it. It will go up, then it's like someone let the air out and it deflates and it's over quicker than it started. I need to get dialed in. BW in two more weeks. I can relate!
