Help with test results

Ok so I have switched from going to a clinic to doing self injections about a month ago now. Just got my second results back, and its shocking the difference. Looking for some help figuring out why?

Prior to switching I did;
300 IU HCG Sun/Tues
150 mg Test C Thursday morning(8:40 am)
.25 mg Adex Saturday morning

On a Wednesday(10/23 @ 3:55 pm) - test results
955 Testosterone , 28 SHBG, 218 free test, and 2.3% free test

After switching -(Self injection started 10/24)
300 IU HCG Sun/Tuesday(Skipped 2 weeks per Dr request to see if I felt a difference, and I did, so started back on week 3)
150 mg Test C on Thursday morning at 6:20 am
No Adex

On a Tuesday(11/19 @ 9:31 am):
498 Test, 23 SHBG, 112 free test, 2.3% free test

What gives? I thought test was higher in the AM? I honestly don't remember if I worked out on 10/23, but still? Double the level of test? On 10/3 I did receive a shot from my original clinic for around 300 mg, and then skipped the next week and went back to normal 150 mg injections on the 17th. I assumed the double shot would be gone by then as the half life would be over?

Also -

Started getting really bad joint pain last week. I actually didn't take Adex for the last 5 weeks or so, so I don't think its Ai induced. Any ideas?
