    Peak versus Trough

    Interesting to see this
    Went from weekly injections 1 every 7 days 1cc 200mg of Cypionate , 400iu hcg twice a week , .5mg adex 2-3times a week

    Labcorp labs: Trough level day 7, before injection
    Total test 750-ish
    Free T 12
    E2:30

    Changed protocol to .5cc twice a week 200mg Cypionate, 400iu hcg twice a week same day as test , .5mg adex 2-3times a week day after test.

    Quest labs Peak level day 3, before 2nd injection
    Total test 1550 <<<<wow!!!
    Free t 273 <<<wow again!!!
    E2 63

    Different labs ..., different measurement (peak vs trough levels)....but interesting see the results splitting the dose can have and how half the dose injected more frequently can maintain such high levels...

    Kelkel, Bonaparte, Bass, Veterans in general;

    What are your thoughts on peaks levels of t@1500 and e2@60 ....sounds super high to me compared to my trough levels (noted above) then again perhaps because they are peak its not so crazy...what are you thoughts?

    The more often you inject the more stable your levels will be. This is the reason the majority of us inject twice a week. Imagine those who inject once every two weeks. Super high peak and super low pre TRT levels by the end of week 2.

    If this is a TRT dose, drop down to 100mg weekly (50mg every 3.5 days) and you should be sitting pretty nicely.
