Starting exemestane dosage, BW numbers inside

So I just got my BW back and e2 estradiol was 46 , the top of the range was 45. Doc said its fine and won't prescribe an AI. I was feeling some strong sides so decided to self medicate with a liquid stane. As a reference my BW was done on a Monday and I wasn't gonna get the results for 10 days. I had an OTC AI product called ERASE by pes. I started taking 3 caps a day and after a few days felt amazing. All sides gone, overall better mood, less irritable, what TRT should feel like. Wondering what dosage of exemestane would be comparable. For those that don't know erase is Androsta-3,5-diene-7,17-dione. I took 25mg 3x a day. I inject 50mg E3d so thinking about starting out at 12.5 mg on injection day. So roughly 28mg a week. My Otner option is 6.25 every MWF. I feel like I have a good feeling of when my e2 is dialed in, so once I have the Dosage that makes me feel best ill get a sensative e2 and see where it is. Any suggestions ?

Edit: for those who are gonna say just use erase if it works, it would cost me 30$ a month, the exemestane is 30$ for 6 months. Also it's stronger and actually been tested long term. I feel safer using that

How bout DIM, Zinc and Copper instead? See if that works first and avoid the AI.

My sides were pretty strong and pronounced, doubt it will do the trick. And I'm finally feeling great and feel dialed in, 75mg of erase is pretty strong, most peoples report joint problems after a few days and I'm g2g. thinking an AI is needed

Ok. Just go with the lowest dose possible and check BW in about 4 weeks. No need to fast.

Ya I'll start with 6.25 MWF amd see how I feel. I started with 2 caps of erase and still had some pressure in my eyes and irritability, 3 caps was perfect. Is 6.25 MWF frequent enough at that low dose, EOD better for its half life? Maybe even M/T/TH/F.

Just take it EOD. That will be more stable.

Be careful, its very powerful. Id suggest 6.25mg EOD. Take it at bedtime. It will turn you into an emotionless zombie for 12 hours or so after taking it
