    Sermorelin ghrp2 instructions?

im taking 300mcg of SERM with 100mcg GHRp2 at bedtime. some people have told me not to eat at all 2 hours before and 1 hour after. some say just to avoid carbs during those hours. what are the guidelines on this?

Post this in the IGF forum as well in case the guys missed it via the TRT forum.

I did not come across any of those guidelines you mentioned for SERM with GHRP.

If you are taking this prior to bed I wouldn't think you have to concern yourself with eating afterwards.......

For what it's worth, I used to pin my SERM/GHRP 6 about an hour or two after my last meal before going to sleep.

Do you have baseline BW to reference to see what the impact on your IGF levels will be from this protocol?

yeah. My igf-1 was 259 which is high for a 33 year old. That's why the clinic would not give me growth hormone . Im taking the peptides instead. I usually drink a zerocarb protein shake before bed. Is that ok? I've heard that protein can bind to the same recepters in the brain that the sermorilen bind to and can make the treatment less effective? After 3 months on the sermorelin combo im gonna get more bloodwork. I'd like to get my levels up to 385, like a 20 year old olympic athlete.

Google Dr. Richard Walker and read everything you find. There are some video's on youtube as well. He's pretty much the godfather of Sermorelin.

I really couldn't tell you what that protein shake is going to do or interfere with. i think scotchguard (??) on the igf forum would probably know. He is well versed with IGF related questions.

For what it's worth, I got my IGF up over 400 (at age 40). I was elevating IGF to heal an injury and treat arthritis and in that respect, the elevated IGF was great.

Check out that doc that Kel referenced. I agree he is the Godfather of SERM/GH and IGF related study.
