    HCG instead of TestC???

My doctor wants to stop test and start HCG ? I've been on test since June of this year... 50mg every 3.5 days... My boys shrunk and me E is high (86) labcorp... Doc said stopping test and starting HCG will lower E. This sounds ridiculous, just stopping test cold turkey???

That's ridiculous. Regarding your E you simply need to evaluate how high it is and take appropriate action to remedy it. First, was it a sensitive E2 assay? If not, get that done. Then determine if maybe DIM, Zinc-Copper will be enough to help or if an actual low dose AI is needed.

HCG is not a substitute for testosterone and should be part of your protocol. Yes, it can elevate test levels, etc., but it does not offer all the same subjective benefits as proper TRT. Print out a copy of Crislers paper on HCG and get it to your doctor. Educate him. Nicely.

Yes, DIM, Zinc and Copper combined can be an effective AI. 200mg, 50mg, 3mg. You can find Zinc and copper combined.

If I'm already taking ZMA could I just add copper? I'm sorry if these questions are a bit on the redundant side..... It seems more beneficial to stay on test and try your suggestion...

I went off testosterone and tried HCG mono-therapy this past Spring. I really wanted it to worked and tried various doses. Gave up after four months, with TT around 200 and re-emerging symptoms. Personally, I'd give it a try. I posted several times on this experiment.

With all due respect, why would I try it when you had a failed attempt? Am I missing something in your reply?

It didn't work for me, but my endo reports success with other patients (don't know the percentage). If HCG mono works, you have a very simple protocol.

HCG didn't work for me either, but I do know others that have had success. It's worth a shot, even if to remove the doubt, but if it works you'll be better off.

I just tried an endo bc my TRT doc wanted me get an MRI. The endo wanted me off Entire TRT protocol and only take 2000iu twice per week with 5mg cialis daily. I haven't convinced myself to come off t and anastrozole.
I went ahead and filled his script the endo wrote for 16,000 IU a month.

Those who have tried mono: Could u tell a difference mentally, physically? While coming off of Test? Or was it non noticeable? I'm debating on trying it, 16,000 IU is only $90 a month at a compounding pharmacy is kennesaw.

Have ur doc call the script into a compounding lab. Many will send it overnight (they add bac water there) it's shipped in frozen packs and keeps it cold for 24 hours. I've paid $60 for 11,000iu and $90 for 16,000 IU at 2 different compounding pharms.

I self-medicated with hcg mono for a couple of years. 750 IU's 3x / Week for 8 weeks on, 2 weeks off, kept my T levels in the high-normal range.

The ONLY reason I stopped this protocol & went the Test route is because my hcg source dried up, & my doc wouldn't prescribe it for me but he would prescribe me Test. Since that time, I have learned about the over-seas pharmacies & once again am able to get hcg, & am now using it in combo with my prescribed test. Hcg 250 IU's 2x / week & test cyp 40 mg's 2x / week is my current protocol.

I have actually considered trying a re-start & then going back to the hcg mono again, but not sure if it would work after 2 years on test cyp.

Since my doc is willing to prescribe HCG but my insurance won't cover it, are overseas pharmacies typically cheaper and do I just have my doc send my script there like normal?

No need to go overseas. I buy from BriovaRx in Portland, Me. My Doctor calls it in. Free shipping, needles, you can talk to pharmacist, etc. 10,000 IUs costs only around $70 for brand name stuff (local pharmacy was over $200).

Overseas pharmacies are definitely cheaper. Since I began dosing hCG , I've purchased from the same sources for almost a year and the meds work just fine. They average around $22 per 10,000iu vial. PM me if you'd like the web sites.

BTW, you do not need a script to purchase.

Yep. I've used two different international pharmacies with good results. One required a script, which I had, and one did not. Just ordered 25000IU for $84. The 10000IU vials were $21, but they were out of stock.
