    Follow up with Endo today

When i seen the endo last which was the 07/11/13 blood results taken on the 24/09/13 showed my results as Serum FSH - 15u/L (1.5 - 12.4) Serum LH level 22u.L (1.7 - 8.6) These were only taken 1 month after my pct ended which would explain the elevated levels. The endo started me on testogel 50mg daily which i nver started using.

I had my bloods retested on the 06/01/14 and had a follow up with the endo today. My LH as come down to 9u.L without using the testogel which as far as the Endo thinks im using. They said my levels are still slightly out of range and upped the TRT....should i start the testogel or not

Ok, first test you were hyper-stimulated from serms. Why would he then want you on gel with elevated pituitary function unless you're primary hypo? Now your high normal and they want you to allegedly take more gel? It makes no sense. Don't they realize that exogenous test will shut down lh/fsh production?

What is your TT and FT levels from 6/1/14 Boxer?

This amazes me. Am I reading it wrong or something?

They never said my recent FSH but said my testosterone was within the normal range. I don't think they understood that the serms had caused the levels to go that high...i did mention it to him on the first appointment but he just said to start the gel which i haven't. He thinks that i have been using the gel and that's what made my L.H go down, he did diagnose me with primary hypo because of the first bloods. So you're saying not to start the test gel and the levels will continue to go down.

Not saying anything Boxer, just observations. I don't have your prior BW in front of me to assess the actual primary hypo diagnosis. If you are actually primary it's normal to have higher LH/FSH as your pituitary is working overtime to stimulate your testies to make testosterone , to no avail. Need to see what happens with your T levels.

He only diagnosed me with primary hypo because of the blood test results that he done. The last ones i had were around 2 years preciously and i remember my G.P saying everything was fine. I'm stuck in a bad situation here, is it just the serms that caused the elevated levels or is there something wrong...would the levels have naturally came down if i had primary hypo ?
