Input on my latest BW - Full Panel. Ferritin is very low

Looking for input on my latest full panel BW I had done from Private MD Labs. My T shot is on Saturday. This blood was drown of Friday (day before next normal shot)

    Current protocol is as follows:
    Cypionate – 60 mg a once a week
    Anastrozole - Now 0 AI
    HCG – .25ml x 2 wk
    Armour Thyroid - 90mg daily
    DIM - 100mg a day
    Donate Blood every 2 months

    Current stats:
    172lbs 5'6

    My Observations:

    1. Overall numbers look pretty good. Wondering if I should up my T a little, or leave where it is.

    2. My Ferritin is very low. Is this something to worry about? My other Iron #s seem good.

    3. Thoughts on Thyroid at this dose of Armour? Everything look optimal? T3 and T4 high enough? Think would be any different with Synthyroid? Just looking for input.

    4. At these levels, should I be supplementing with DHEA at these levels?

    5. One of my main goals, besides feeling my best, is to also gain muscle mass. Anything that stands out that may be hampering that?

    6. Any other input welcome.

Test and E2 look great, I wouldn't change a thing.

DHEA is very low and I would supplement. Use a micronized version and start at 25mg daily at breakfast time. After a month or two, get follow-up labs and supplement with another 25mg at lunch time if needed. Just make sure to use a micronized version such as LEF.

Ferritin is low iron and can cause fatigue. Looks like you should supplement but I am not familiar with dosage and what not as it's not common is males to be low. I would speak with your Dr. about this one.

You're at that high a test level 6 days after only a 60mg test injection? That's impressive, damn!
Gotta agree with FRD on his assessment. E2 and shbg are great! I'm thrilled someone got the correct E2 test!
If you supplement with iron start low, maybe 65mg elemental iron and take it with vit C for better absorption.
    Did you test Vit D?
Next time pull an advanced Lipo profile for you lipids. It'll break down your LDL density and give you a better picture. Labcorp has two diff types.

Nothing in your BW that'll hold you back from gaining muscle. Biggest mistake people make is with their nutrition. When you build muscle you have to eat to keep it.

I know there are different types of iron to supplement with. Does it matter which one I take?
