Shortage of Test Cyp dose (quick question for the vets)

    Hey guys,
    Quick question for you vets/mods:

I have a prescription of test cyp coming in the mail and should arrive before my Wednesday dose, HOWEVER, I had one last shot in the vial and I pull to .25 on the syringe twice a week.
For today's injection I only had .20 left in the vial. I went ahead and injected. I also did my hcg yesterday and will do my AI tomorrow.

Is there any detriment to taking the smaller dose? I'm sure it's probably in my head that anything adverse will happen, but I am a little on edge that I didn't get my full dose. Am I worrying for nothing? Will going back to my normal dose on Wednesday bring me back up to speed or is this such a minor blip in the timeline of things that it's really nothing? I didn't "miss" a dose, I just had a short dose because I ran out slightly early. (could be from waste from changing needles from a 20g to draw and then to the 27g to inject. Low T is ceasing the 20g needles to draw and they've recognized that there is a lot of waste in the hub going on with the switching of needle sizes prior to the injection, hence I ran out 2 weeks early.) I was able to reorder as I guess I was in the window of when you're able to re-order due to circumstances such as this.

    Thank you guys!

I noticed a lot if waste aswell & my first vial didn't last nearly as long as it should've! I started drawing & injecting with the same smaller needle before they even sent that note out...especially since going to injecting twice a week!

I wouldn't sweat under dosing by that small amount at all...it's no diferent than making a small adjustment & prolly won't even notice. My 2 cents anyway...when I changed from 100mg's a week to 150mg's a week, I didn't feel a diference till maybe 2 weeks later

Thanks guys. I just need that reassurance. If you read my posts ever, you know I sweat the small stuff. Worry wart by nature.

As time goes on, you'll see the more you know, the less you'll worry. And don't ever hesitate to ask questions. That's what this forum is for. From what I've experienced and observed, the members are remarkably thoughtful, and sincerely want to be helpful. So, keep asking.

On topic. Today I entirely skipped my dose, intentionally, because my readings were so high. (in another thread). Starting with a lower dose tomorrow and I anticipate I won't feel a bit of difference.

I picked up a little trick here to eliminate waste: I do SubQ and I'm not sure if this could be done IM (If anyone knows different, please comment) . After filling the syringe, I purposely pull in a little air bubble. When I invert the syringe to inject, I give it a few taps with my finger driving the bubble to the top at the rubber. Just inject and that little bubble drives out ALL the T in the syringe so there's no waste.
