What is the ideal E2 range?
Im on 125mg of sustanon for my TRT. 2 Days after the shot my e2 is at 52 pm/ml.
I feel quite horrible. TBH, I don't use an AI as I never thought I needed one and didn't have the TYPICAL e2 signs, infact I was always horny etc, and just thought I was coming down with depression or I was eating foods that made me feel like shit or don't agree with me etc.
Get mental fog, anxiety, feel crap, don't feel europhic a lot of the time. And losing motivation for the gym.
125mg of test puts my test at 40nmol 2 days after inject, range is 8-32 or in your US conversion around 1152dl

Drop your test dosage down and your E2 will drop, most likely putting you in range with the use of no AI (ideal situation).
As for E2, mid 20's to mid 30's is where most
feel best.

Cant even split the shots up either, normally for sustanon as TRT in Australia its 250mg every 3 weeks, but ive convinced him to do 125mgx 1 per week and he wont do any more or less or I risk losing him etc etc, and took me agesssss to find him. All other endos and docs don't know shit or give a rats arse about trt and most specialize in diabetes.

Well I feel really shitty TBH.
Ive had a full blood examination, liver, kidney, cholesterol. Test, e2, prolactin, DHT. waiting on thyroid, t3 t4, etc which ill pick up tomorrow or so.
t,
Blood pressure is fine. Everything seems fine besides E2 and DHT was a little high to, but that's nothing to worry about ive been told.
ive been researching since 10am this morning as its my day off work today, and the only thing I can link to how im feeling is e2, ive read heaps and heaps and i read an article by someone on another forum saying that 10-30 is the proper range he believes and around 15-20 is the best range to be in, so im at 55 or 52 or whatever cant remember without scrolling up, so im almost 5x higher than what it should be, or 3x higher technically. And then i read about someone saying how high e2 effects there minds and its exactly the same as how i feel. EVen ppl with an e2 of 40 or so say they feel ****ing terrible.

E2 can have many sides, some very dangerous. If you can't lower your test levels, will he prescribe an AI such as arimidex to lower your E2?
As for E2 levels from a health standpoint, 30 is ideal. Anything under 20 and my joints start hurting.
Good read here, make sure to check it out when you have a few minutes: http://m.lef.org/magazine/mag2008/no...ng-Male_01.htm
Maybe you can send the above link to your Dr. or print him out a copy and ask if he wouldn't mind reading it over and giving you his opinion.Last edited by FRDave; 01-28-2014 at 12:57 AM.

Thanks mate, ill try and talk to him, he probably has no idea what dose to start me off tho for armidex, so what should I try? 0.5mgx 2 per week after injection I do my inject on Monday so take mon and thu?
Also just to try and re assure me, is it most likely e2 making me feel like this?
Will there actually be a big difference dropping my e2 20-30 points, also I assume its higher because my normal protocol is 1x per week but he wanted to see how I would go at 250mg every 10 days, so the results above are from 125mg 2 days after inject, but I have e2 results in the next week for 250mg 2 days after inject so I assume it will be a lot higher as there is more test.

To feel great, all hormones need to be in balance, especially your E2 and test. What other blood work you have? Free test? Thyroid? Vitamin D?

This ^^^.
Did you pull BW to see where your levels got to? Remember, you're not necessarily going to feel a difference but know that Vit D is one of the absolute best supplements (actually a hormone) that you can take. I posted a thread yesterday with an article from Dr. Jeffrey Dach on Vit D. Read it. He's one of the best in the business.

if I recall correctly, VIT d was 40, range was 50-100, after taking it for months at 5k per day I retested and it was sitting around 70ish. I discontuined then because I was sick of paying something that didn't do jack shit for me, and its not cheap here in Australia TBH.

Yep, I know man, well im not sure it was sensitive or not but seems pretty accurate to me, because I was talking to a few other aussies on our Australian forums and they have said they have simiar e2 symptoms to me when theres gets over 130ish etc. Now mine is at 192. so hopefully it explains why.
All the doctor put on the pathology sleep is E2(oestradiol),
Don't think we even have a sensitive assay over here lol.
iM JUST HOPING this is the answera as to why I feel garbage, I thought it was high HCT but it was only around 48ish. Then I gave blood and had blood drawn out and didn't make a difference so yeh.

I like my e2 at 30 (give or take a couple points). When I dip below 20 my joints hurt and I get ed issues. Above 30 I don't feel much at all unless really high, but I try not to go above due to the health issues listed in link I posted last night.
But yes, I feel great when test and E2 are balanced. When not balanced, I am tired and fatigued, have sleep issues, joints hurt when low, constant eye twitch and bloating when high... List goes on and on.

By the way, vitamin D3 is very important with many many health benefits, even if not noticeable. I would try to get in the upper 1/3 range if you can. Super cheap here in the states in which I take 12,000iu daily (based on blood work so not everyone will need this much).

I run around 24 with no AI. I slightly elevated my test to pull up my E a while back and got it to 34. Libido was better there but everything else status quo.
I normally run 5K per day and one 50K D2 per week which kept me at about 80. I started tanning for a while, retested and shot up to 118. So, when tanning I no longer take the D2. Amazing what a little tanning did.
