Blood work! What would you do?

Hey all, just got the results to my first blood work.
I am no expert, everything is in range but what would try to improve on if these were your results?
    Thanks!

Stats; Age 32, 190lbs, 5'7, never touched gear or PH.

Feel pretty good, a little more tired than I'd like.

    What factors might those be?
Any idea what the **Please note reference change** is referring to?

they changed the range for IGF I suppose.
And If you didn't sleep or worked out too much I think these can effect IGF.
Still your level seems pretty low to me.

The day prior to the blood work was leg day, and I went pretty hard.
Also was up very late that night too.

Doing a 12 weeker worth of 2 a days right now, 1 week complete & everything going great.

I'm going to retest everything in 3 weeks to see what if anything has changed

My question is what other tests should I get? LH, TSH? anything else?

Weighted in at 193lbs Monday morning last week. (bad diet, high salt, fast food, etc.)
Got my stuff in order, totally clean, no fast food, no drinking calories.
Macros are about 2200-2500 cal a day, 40p/40c/20f

This morning I weighed in at 185.4lbs

Love that first week! expecting losses to be 1.5-2 lbs a week tops from here on out.

    Drew,
What is your protocol? Do you take hCG ? If you believe you can be feeling even better, in my view, you can stand to raise you T numbers and probably still keep you E2 in range. hCG will do this a little.

I know I can/should feel better than I currently do.

I have never taken, or pinned anything.

Just really interested in all this, fell in love the bodybuilding lifestyle, want to maximize my results best I can.

Looking for intelligent input, and basically the what would you do and why?

I know I'm in the right place!

    Thanks,
    Drew

EDITED: A little more history, see this post

I don't think he's on TRT or ever has been. I believe these are the natural T numbers?

    I wouldn't start TRT.
    I would test vitamin D.
I would start supplementing 5000ius/day of vitamin D3. (Be sure to take with fatty foods for better absorbtion.)
Raising your vitamin D levels will lower your SHBG level which will then raise your free testosterone levels .

Thanks, I didn't realize I need to take it with my fats.
I have been supplementing 5000iu's of D3 every day for 5 weeks, and had been taking it before bed with my ZMA, Omega3+E, and Casein shake.
I had only been on 5000iu's of D maybe 3 weeks prior to my blood work, so not long.

So on my next blood work make sure to test Vit D, what about LH, TSH ?

I was able to increase my igf-1 from 130-140 to 320 by peptides in 6-7 months. Some people will say why do you care about igf-1 but I am getting bigger, leaner, and stronger since i started.

Are you still using it, and how long do you plan to?
