what's your complete protocol.
Any AI,HCG ?
Your estradiol isn't a sensitive panel btw, so you might be a little low.
You don't state how you feel which is the most important part of TRT. If not up to par, you need more bloods as all you have is Total T and a Non sensitive estradiol panel.

Joe mamma, what is AI and HGC please? I feel great. I felt nothing for the first 4 or 5 weeks. Then it kicked in some. I have enough energy to work a long day, do a bath dinner and bed time routine with the family, and still work out hard after. I sleep soundly. My back is breaking out a little and I feel like my
Temper fuse can be short at times, but I can manage.

Kelkel, blood was drawn ten minutes before my 6th week shot. Came in, took the blood, then shot me with 160mg, then called back the next day with the latest bloods u guys just reviewed. I asked them about the lack of free T reading and they blew me off. What's the deal there?

Ok. No clue why they blew it off. I'd assume they forgot. Give them a list of what YOU want tested as well. You're paying for it, not them.
At 1176 total test 7 days after injection you are at supra-physiologic levels earlier in the week. I'd be guessing over 1500 TT. Be careful with your Hemo/hema running in those ranges. You could easily reduce dosage and be just fine.
Remember to answer Jo's questions please.

ai stands for aromatise inhibitor.
It's used to control estrogen.
HCG is a hormone that we take artificially to stimulate the LH receptors throughout our body. Something our testicles do when not taking exogenous testosterone . Basically keeps your balls from shrinking, as well as keeps us some production of Pregnenolone hroughout the body.

Your levels are way too high. As Kel stated, if your levels are over 1100 6 days after injection after your injection most likely half-lifed.
Meaning the first 5 days after injection your testosterone levels are higher. Probably over 1500.
We do not want this. There is a reason for the ranges.
We want to ideally be at the upper limits but not above them
Above the ranges are just going to cause estrogen and hematocrit and hemoglobin problems. These are basically have to do with your blood levels. Too much testosterone gives you too much blood and this isn't healthy long term.
