    Help plz!

I freely and humbly admit I have messed this up from the start. I started off following the advice of someone who was clearly not Informed. I started my TrT with a dose of 500 a week of test c (10/250). Then after six weeks went down to 125 2x a week with nothing else. I feel terrible to put It nicely. I have experienced swelling breast, definite loss of balance, insomnia, and higher bp to just name a few symptoms of too high estrogen. I want to start a "less Is more" protocol. Considering what dosages I started with, that initially felt great where should I start on my next injections? I plan to buy DIM tomorrow unless you advise otherwise. I have ordered the chromium/synephrine/hcgc for weight loss that Austinite recommended which will be here in a few days. Since I am 5'10 and only down to 235 from my initial 282 I hope for good results. I also plan to get the "feel good" supplements of l-tryptophan and l-theanine that I read of here. What would be a good "less is more" 2x a week starting dose of test c? Austinite your posts are beyond excellent and KelKel your knowledge is very impressive to say the least. And 2sox after reading a lot of your replies you have a lot of heart for others. Any help/comments from you guys will be much appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

Nice job playing kiss ass, how about that doctor? Oh wait you don't have one? 500 a week is NOT trt go to the other forums and post about your cycle.

Get a real doc before you grow tits and fuk yourself up.

Why thank you, that was very helpful and constructive of you. Troll much? I CLEARLY stated the mistakes I have made, not that I have to apologize to you. Thanks to you for what being an arse? Because I have realized the knowledge of others does not make me a kiss- anything. Stating respect for their knowledge is.....respect. I was diagnosed with low t over 10 yrs ago so troll elsewhere.

What is your current protocol and do you have any blood work with said protocol?

Ignore post #2 as it was totally pointless. As FRdave pointed out, we understand your mistakes now give us your background and are you under a Drs care?
You have read thru these posts? You can see a generic/ common protocol would be 120-150 per wk, some split in 2 doses ( in half), HcG 250 iu,s twice per week and some anastrozole depending on E2 levels.
First things first you need BW done First, or you are only guessing.

Actually, don't ignore post #2 because we can learn from it. It's a perfect example of how NOT to reply to an honest post of a person looking for help and answers. Sometimes, people who write posts like this forget that they were once lost and troubled about what to do about their health. And they also forget the kindness of others who helped them along. Other than that, Bullshark got it right.

One thing I'd add is that from what I've seen here, the protocols range from 80mg/week to 160mg/week - split into two doses. The most common is 100mg/week.

I'm no expert, but given what I've learned here, I would come off completely and do a standard PCT. You have so many issues already, and now you''re just chasing them. Get BW asap. Then start from scratch having been properly educated. And hopefully under a doctors care.

I think this and 99% of the posts can go back to WHO IS YOUR DOCTOR??? He is prob getting black market test @ 500 week because NO doc will script that, then he has no bloodwork and he's just guessing at his health with random people on a forum.

Why try to play doctor when we know nothing about this person, best thing he could do is FIND a doc that can help, once someone has bloodwork and is working with a doctor THEN I feel this site can help, but if someone is too lazy to even start to find the proper why to work the issues at hand how is telling someone you know NOTHING about what to take going to help?

This is not a car that will not start, forums are great for that.

***Also when I started TRT I wanted to find the best doctor I could because I know that my health was worth it so I spent 2 weeks reading, then called Crisler on Wed, was at his place on Friday and 3 months later I had a solid protocal that I have not had to change in 3 years.

If on TRT you should have at least 2 things, a doctor and bloodwork and BOTH you can find very easy.

If I had to do it all over again I would e-mail or PM Mike here @ LowT and do 1 year and get everything dialed in and be DONE with it.

The honest best answer is go see a doctor and get blood work done. You should not self medicate TRT unless there is no alternative.

    Ocho,
Without knowing if you even have a physician, and without making assumptions about where you were able to get 500mg Test per week, I believe Ryan made some good points (along with DeniZen and Redz).

Visit the forums and do your homework but if you don't have a good doctor to treat you, and monitor your progress, it's a fools game.

Ocho, as the others have said, you need a Doc and BW. Without it your playing a very dangerous game with your body. I personally would stop and find a Doc. Even if self medicating is your only option, you still need BW and one hell of an education to interpret. Find a Doc.

That is true and fortunately that is where the education from a place like this comes into play.
