I have had issues controlling E2 from the start and still haven't gotten dialed in yet (1 year, 2 months in now). Adex made me feel horrible (fatigued, crashed frequently). Started with Exemestane (Aromasin ) and that has been much better (less fatigue, although still continually battling E2 from being too high). I recently moved over to the following split-dose protocol per kel and everyone's suggestion:

50 mg test cyp (two doses spread over 5 days for a total of 100 mg every 5 days). I was doing all 100 mg at once, but thought I'd try splitting the dose. I've been doing this for a few weeks now and I'm not sure it's working for me, to be honest.

250 IU HCG every 3 days.

12.5 mg Aromasin every day. I was doing 25 mg twice per week and I felt good the first day after the AI, then each day progressively worse as the estrogen began to climb. There was no mistaking that my E2 was too high. Bloodwork agreed.

DIM gives me headaches, so I stopped that. I continue using zinc/copper supplements.

Question: do you think the 12.5 mg of Aromasin is TOO much given the Test dose of 50 mg/twice over a 5 day period? I think I might need to go back to the 100 mg all at once, every 5 days. I have no energy, minimal libido, and while I don't feel the high E2 symptoms, I still feel lousy. Probably lowered my E2 too much now? Ugh.

This shouldn't be this difficult, but for some of us clowns it is. Thanks guys.
